Deliverable: conducted an extensive study of customer journeys in 4 subsections of a test market
Client: international construction manufacturer based in Kentucky
Problem: adapt to changing industry standards while maintaining growth
Deliverable: investigated best practices in e-commerce across multiple industries and provided guiding prototypes of digitized customer touch points
